Being a Clinician/Behavior Analyst at Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health has its advantages!
As a Behavior Analyst at Devereux, you will work with other dedicated professionals who share your passion for helping individuals in need. We offer:
Clinician/Behavior Analyst will provide supports to adult individuals living in Berwyn and/or surrounding residences in Delaware and Chester counties in PA. Strong working background and knowledge of individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism is required. Experience working with functional behavior assessment is desirable. Responsibilities include: Working with an interdisciplinary team to provide social, behavioral, and emotional supports. Participate in the programming of group homes to monitor for therapeutic approaches and high quality of care. Conduct on-site direct observations on a regular basis and have well developed performance-based feedback skills that supports the team process. Conduct staff training and provide behavioral consultation. Conduct functional behavior assessments, and complete a variety of adaptive behavior assessments including those for risk and consent. Formulate assessment data into relevant functional hypotheses and develop positive behavior support plans based on assessment results. Coordinate data collection and summarize data into graphed formats. Knowledge of Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports is desirable, and capability to provide coaching and training to staff, supervisors and other program personnel on the model is required. The Behavior Analyst functions as part of a multidisciplinary team. Additional opportunities to work on special projects and research are available.

Degree Requirements: Master’s degree in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, or related CLINICAL field
Experience:Must have strong behavioral analysis skills, counseling, and experience working with adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities and/or mental health diagnoses. Requires excellent oral and written communication skills. Computer skills required.
Must possess and maintain valid driver’s license, and be at least 21 years of age.
