Responsibilities

• Manage service leads, respond to inquiries in a timely fashion, answer questions and set appointments on service needs using computer and phone software
• Posses a thorough understanding of products/services
• Coordinate closely with Service Advisors and Parts department
• Maintain an ongoing customer database to build retention for service base
• Communicate effectively with customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication

• Previous appointment setting/receptionist experience preferred
• Preference given to applicants with Automotive Service/Dealership experience
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• A valid driver’s license and a good driving record
• Proficient utilizing phone and computer systems
• Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Self-motivated and customer minded
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
