Slater’s 50/50 Riverside is looking for talented, hands-on front of house Lead/manager to help with daily/nighty operations of its restaurant in Riverside, California. The award-winning casual concept restaurant features signature gourmet burgers, entrees, appetizers, and a large selection of draft beers on tap.

This destination restaurant includes over 16,000+ Yelp! reviews across its other locations and has been featured on Zagat's Review, NBC Los Angeles and Business Insider.

FOH positions must be dynamic individuals that thrive in fast-paced, high energy, customer focused environments. Positions needed for immediate fill are bartenders, servers, door hosts/busser, bar-backs/busser and support staff. Experience is preferred for all positions and references will be verified.

Working Bar Lead/Manager $18 plus tip out. Must have full weekend availability, craft beer & cocktail knowledgeable, help with Paper, Beer and liquor inventory, Scheduling, Hands on, work all positions, reliable, stay cool under pressure.

Essential Requirements:

• Adequate skills and experience to perform job duties
• Food handlers card
• Able to stand for 8 hours - walks and stands during entire shift.
• Able to communicate with team members
• Able to read and understand recipes
• Able to understand and follow all policies and procedures
• Able to lift and carry racks or stacks of dishes, glassware and other utensils, weighing up to 50 lbs., up to 50 times per shift.
• Able to lift and empty trashcans weighing up to 150 lbs., with assistance, up to five times per shift.
• Able to frequently bend, stoop, reach, push and lift.
• Able to work in a hot, damp environment.
• Hazards include, but are not limited to, cuts from broken glass and metal cans, burns, slipping and tripping.
• Frequent washing of hands.
