Are you passionate about customer service and willing to ensure guests have a great experience at our special events? If so, you would be an outstanding banquet server on our busy events team. We need someone welcoming and attentive to make sure any special guest needs or requests are taken care of.
Compensation:$10 - $15 hourly
Responsibilities:- Ensure that you meet the needs and provide outstanding service for our guests for the entirety of any event
- Walk around the room serving guests appetizers, meals, side dishes, drinks, and other items as requested
- Assist with serving drinks by, carrying coffee pots, water pitchers throughout the room, refilling guests' cups and glasses as needed
- Review relevant food handling safety regulations to ensure that you and your team are following them
- Remove plates, replacing utensils, and keeping an eye out for spills or any special needs from guests
- Set meeting rooms prior to functions, by putting out tables, chairs, linens, and any other items needed
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED)
- Must have excellent time management and organizational skills
- We prefer some experience working in the food service industry
- Must have a team-first attitude and outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and coworkers
- Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience
