The Community Banking Associate is responsible for setting up, maintaining and closing client bank accounts with CiraConnect's banking partners in a dynamic fast-paced environment. The position responsibilities include the following:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Set up new client bank accounts
• Process Intra-bank transfers
• Process wire transfers
• Process bank account closure and final disbursement request for terminating clients
• Process debit card requests
• Process CD account opening with partner banks
• Process Community Banking department email, cases and tasks
• Special banking related projects as requested
• Maintain communication with banking partner relationship managers
• Make special requests and troubleshoot problems with banking partners

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Attention to detail and a desire to do it right the first time
• Fraud expereince.
• A strong customer service personality and willingness to help are highly desired
• 5+ years banking experience preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Pay and Benefits:

$20 to $22, depending on education and experience

CiraConnect is rapidly growing and has an exciting opportunity for a banking professional to join our Community Banking Services team team in servicing client management companies and community associations. You will have the opportunity to perform in a technology driven environment using our internally developed world-class accounting and financial reporting software. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
