Job Summary

The Baker at Crazy Mountain Ranch plays an important role on the Food and Beverage team by ensuring exceptional baking/pastry quality is produced to the highest industry standards. This role is vital in ensuring a memorable food and beverage experience for members and guests. The Baker position will also be responsible for daily side work and cleaning duties as assigned.

*This is a seasonal position with potential for full-time. Must be available from May-October 2023.*

Job Duties

• Performs food preparation and execution of baking/pastry production area as assigned.
• Maintains organization of all products and inventory in accordance with food safety policies and procedures.
• Safely operates food preparation and bakery equipment.
• Follow recipes to ensure quality and consistency.
• Maintains cleanliness and appearance of kitchen areas in accordance with food safety policies and procedures.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of baking/pastry experience preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift overhead up to 20 lbs.
• Able to carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work while standing or walking for up to 8 hours.
• Manual dexterity with repetitive movement
• Able to work while standing, sitting, kneeling, squatting, or bending forward.
