HYBRID – Will be required to be On-Site Tuesday and Thursdays
Job Title: Back Office Support
Duration: initial 6-month contract with possible extensions
Location: Reno, NV 89511
Summary:
- Ability to identify and navigate each of the following systems based on work processes: Quickbase, CS Server, Sentinel, PSP, WIKI, Outlook, Slack, Box, Excel, PDF, and calculator
- Ability to self-start, daily tasks by using SOPs in WIKI, ensuring SLA’s are met for each job task –
- Ability to navigate SOP’s in the WIKI, and asking questions for clarification to ensure QA metrics are being met and maintained.
- Understands expectations of role
- Ability to apply all technical skills trained on when applying systems and working other queues to ensure accuracy
- Asks for help when it is needed
- Ability to troubleshoot system start up and if needed reach out to lead or team for help when needed
- Communicates effectively
Qualifications:
- Back office Role Supporting Money Movement Team
- Tech Savvy – Will be navigating multiple programs/systems.
- Excel/Google Sheets experience
- ACH payment processing knowledge.
- Lite Accounting Knowledge helpful; Accounting clerks
- Limited Phone Calls
- Banking Call Center experience processing payments Helpful
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
