Responsibilities:
- Verifying title/DMV work of both new and used vehicles including out-of-state transactions.
- Maintaining excellent records and documenting files for all transactions.
- Responding in a timely manner to banks/customers on title questions
- Filing and scanning of completed deals
- Performs administrative duties in the office such as data entry, word processing, filing, copying, and other duties as assigned, such as daily deposits and cross-training for other office positions.
- Upholds the company's non-disclosure and confidentiality policies and agreements
- Understands and follows all work rules and procedures and follows lawful directions from supervisors
Qualifications:
- Exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
- Must be positive, personable, self-motivated, and have strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Must be a team player but also able to work independently.
- Ability to maintain a professional and pleasant attitude under a variety of circumstances
