Piazza Subaru of Limerick is looking for an individual with excellent customer service skills to fill our Service Appointment Coordinator role. The individual needs to be passionate about creating a professional relationship with our customers with the objective to create continued brand loyalty.

The ideal candidate will possess a high energy level, a positive attitude, strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. Must have experience in handling money and credit card transactions. Phone skills are essential.

A valid State Driver’s License and ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check are required for employment.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE COORDINATOR (include but are not limited to):

• Setting appointments of customers
• Answering phones and directing the calls to the right department
• Cash handling and responsible for settling daily transactions
• Excellent interpersonal skills with an upbeat engaging attitude
• Excellent verbal communication and pleasant demeanor
• Ability to work under pressure and keep a calm and positive body language to reassure customers
• Administrative support, such as scanning, for both the Service and Parts Department
• Other administrative support, as needed
