Overview
SCCI is seeking a mid to senior level Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality (AR/VR) Developer to join our team supporting the emerging AR/VR development. This position will be located in Dahlgren, VA. Primary tasking will be on-site, with hybrid/remote work supportable for some tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Develop AR and VR environments and systems using the latest AR/VR headsets
- Leverage 3D scanning systems to create realistic 3D models of real work objects
- Integrate sensor outputs, software applications, and AI/ML algorithms into AR/VR environments
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and have the ability to obtain and maintain a Active Secret Security Clearance
- A Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in an engineering, scientific, or technical discipline or equivalent experience
- Experience with Unity or Unreal gaming engine development, C#, Python and/or related languages and environment
- Ability to manage priorities across multiple projects within the portfolio
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Five (5) years of specialized experience supporting DoD or similar customer
