What we need...

Ceres is looking for an Associate Network Administrator that can add value to our Technology Team. The Technology Team wears many hats, and this position will too. Roughly 50% of your time will be spent on network administration and other technology administration as assigned. The other roughly 50% of your time will be spent supporting end users, operations equipment, and various projects.

This is a full-time position based in Golden Valley, MN with a hybrid schedule.

NETWORK ADMINISTRATION

• Co-lead replacement of all legacy firewalls with FortiGate devices.
• Co-develop ACL plans for core switching to improve security posture.
• Find and replace all un-managed switches with layer 3 across our enterprise.
• Assist in building DMZ networks to protect key business assets.
• Create firewall policies based on weekly security reports.
• Assist in re-building overlapping networks.

TECHNOLOGY ADMINISTRATION

• Assist in collapsing legacy Active Directory domains.
• Assist in managing Active Directory users and groups.
• Assist in PBX Administration.

IT SUPPORT

• Build and configure computers for plant operations and end users.
• Resolve a variety of end user issues related to VPN connectivity, Office365 and network printers.
• Assist with IT projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned and/or required.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in technical field and/or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
• 2+ years of experience managing/configuring firewalls and Layer 3 switching.
• Ability to serve as part of the on-call rotation.
