We're looking to fill an Associate Director, Business Strategy role for one our clients - a hypergrowth software company financially backed by a Fortune100. They are looking for a strong and experienced business strategist who will collaborate with cross functional teams as well as take a data driven approach to help shape and execute the business strategy for their successfully adopted technology platform.

This is a full time role where you will report to the Director of Strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Be the representation of B2B customers and inform our platform's Business Strategy during our annual and quarterly business reviews
• Bring insights for proactive decision making and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, Customer Success and Data Science teams
• Create comprehensive, data supported assessments and business cases to prioritize and validate initiatives for the B2B market
• Build strong relationships across the business to successfully collaborate with others
• Build and report our business KPIs to track our Business Strategy Plan and keep track of performance of our products
• Be able to work and understand the voice of customers and translate that into organization and prioritization of initiatives
• Create strategic, high-impact insights from evaluations of customer churn, product adoption, go-to-market performance, and product usage trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree- Engineering, Finance, or business Administration
• 10 years or more of experience in guiding strategy across marketing, sales, product and management consulting (Preferred at a digital product or SaaS Company)
• Have experience in breaking down complex business problems and being able to synthesize multiple sources of information
• Having a strong proficiency in analytic tools such as- SQL, Tableau, CRMs
• You have the ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy and ownership
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Be able to build trusting relationships and understand both technical and nontechnical topics to be able to drive effective decision making

Preferred:

• Graduate Degree- Engineering, Analytics or Business (MBA)
• Familiar with
  • Slack, Jira, Confluence, Miro, Google Workspace, MS Teams and Outlook
• Business knowledge in sales, customer success organizations or marketing
• Experience working with product growth strategies through new market expansion and partnerships
