Your Opportunity
Specialized in leading the client experience. Transaction services (New Account Opening and Maintenance) for RIA clients. Run back office needs and effectively processes advisor transactions using internal workflow systems using departmental standard procedures with a high degree of accuracy.

What you are good at
Qualifies validated paperwork, activates, and maintains advisors accounts- Research, resolve and follow-up on document restrictions on accounts and release restrictions when issues are resolved
- Review and process new account and account maintenance requests for Advisors and their Clients
- Analyze all paperwork received, document and notify clients of pending issues, work closely with clients for resolution, and accurately process accounts, as they are resolved
- Performing in depth research on issues as well as identify best courses of action to best service the client and protect the firm from liability
- Partner internally with Service Professionals to ensure the appropriate research and resolution of issues in a timely manner
What you have
1+ year related experience preferred- 2 -3 years total experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required
- Must be able to process work with a near perfect error ratio
- Must exercise independent decision making with service requests to balance client satisfaction against shareholder value
- 2 Year College Degree preferred
- Military education or experience may be considered in lieu of civilian requirements listed
In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
