Awakenings of Bel Air is hiring a full-time Supervisor

Job description: The applicant will be responsible for recruiting, supervising, and training new employees. In addition, to overseeing staff, the applicant will be responsible for ensuring each resident is receiving the best quality of care. Must have prior supervisory experience, and excellent organizational and verbal skills. The applicant must be willing to be on call. We offer PTO, bonuses, holiday pay, and meals that are included during your shift. Must show genuine concern and a strong interest in working with seniors. Must have their own transportation. The applicant will have the opportunity for additional training and advancement.

Job Requirements: 3 years of experience working with the senior population. Applicants must be ADL efficient. Housekeeping, Laundry, Meal Preparation, Medication dispensing, and the ability to supervise activities are included in the daily duties. Applicants must be able to engage the residents and preserve their dignity. Yearly pay increase based on performance. Must receive the COVID vaccine before employment.
