Stable Craft Brewing is NOW HIRING an Assistant Taproom Manager position. We are seeking energetic, friendly, and highly motivated individuals with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

We operate a fast-paced Biergarten-style service with a focus on attention to detail and customer engagement. We are looking for a hospitality-minded individual who is looking to learn and grow with us!

This salaried position requires a broad range of skills in the F&B industry.

Required to learn all FOH and BOH positions including serving, beertending, bussing, Food running and Expediting. AGM will assist the GM to manage the floor, touch tables, assist & manage opening/closing duties, scheduling, training, handling cash, invoices and closing shifts.

• Ability to exert moderate physical effort, including standing, carrying, bending, stretching, stooping, pulling, pushing, and lifting of weight of up to 50 pounds, repeatedly. Must be able work on your feet for up to 8 consecutive hours and carry supplies up and down stairs without difficulty.
• High personal standards regarding professionalism, attire and grooming.
• Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and late nights.
• Ability and willingness to treat others with kindness and respect in an environment free of harassment and discrimination.
• Must be available to work evening and weekend hours
• Assist in hiring and training new staff members.

Qualifications for Assistant Taproom Manager:

• Previous experience is required.
• Attention to detail and thorough practice in all work.
• Friendly and respectful communication with co-workers, manager(s), and guests.
• Proven effective time management skills.
• Willingness to operate within a true team environment.
• Excellent attendance record.
• ServSafe Certified is a plus

$8-10 hourly plus $15-$22 Pooled Tip Average.
