Job Description

As a member of the Design team, the Rendering Manager’s role is to generate high-quality architectural 3D modeling and renderings as required for both Tenant and Development collateral.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with the Design, Leasing, Tenant Coordination, and/or CAD project team members to create high-quality preliminary conceptual design and photorealistic renderings using 3D modeling and rendering software.
  • Ability to interpret design intent from written or verbal descriptions from the project team including but not limited to, storefront prototype adaptations, generic lighting design, generic landscaping design, etc.
  • Maintain material library for rendering projects.
  • Maintain archive library for completed renderings and models.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Your Key Success Attributes

  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 2 years work experience or minimum 4 years work experience as a photorealistic renderer in the Architecture, Interior Design, Environmental Design, Video Game Design, or related field.
  • Extensive proficiency in SketchUp, Photoshop, and Lumion is required.
  • Use AutoCAD and/or Revit to convert models to SketchUp as needed.
  • Create or modify Adobe InDesign documents as needed.
  • Familiarity with architectural and design building material applications in order to efficiently execute design intent.

Salary

Estimated compensation for this position is:

$65,000-$72,000 (Annual) + Bonus eligibility

The salary listed is an estimate and not guaranteed. A salary offer will vary based on applicant education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity, and alignment to market data.
