Assistant MANAGER

Roca Roja Cantina, an AWARD WINNING exsquisite Mexican Restaurant in North Myrtle Beach, SC is looking for an experienced Manager/Key Holder to join our team. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting and must be able to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays. Will train the right candidate! Plenty of opportunity to grow within the company! Responsibilities of the position include:

• Labor control
• Money handling
• Opening/closing procedures
• Tracking inventory and ordering as needed
• Scheduling
