As the Assistant Director of Residential Supports you will provide person-centered leadership and operational direction for group home and waiver services in Marshall and Starke counties. You will be responsible for leading cultural change initiatives and be a link to Pathfinder Services program leadership. As a leader you will ensure consistency of processes, procedures, quality of service, and Pathfinder core values. The assistant director also oversees that policies and procedures align with Pathfinder Services’ mission as well as state and federal regulations.

Preferred Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in positions with increasing responsibility in the field of intellectual and developmental disabilities
• Minimum of two years of experience in a supervisory or management position
• Proven team management skills and the desire to develop direct reports
• Ability to interpret or learn to interpret financial reports
• Positive attitude and team player who welcomes collaborative decision making
• Ability to work a flexible schedule if needed
• Crisis prevention, intervention, and teaching skills
• Valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and safe driving record
• Ability to speak, hear, and read the English language
