Assistant Director of Human Resources

Grandview Nursing Center is seeking an Assistant Director of HR to work under our Director of HR, maintaining the efficiency of our HR office

Grandview is a 160 bed facility that provides a warm and secure environment to work in. We believe that our staff is here to improve the lives of our Residents whether they be short term or long term.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee HR operations and manage HR team
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Recruit, onboard and train new employees
• Manage employee benefits and compensation packages
• Conduct employee relations and resolve conflicts
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Prepare HR reports and analytics
• Maintain employee records and HR database

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
• 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a healthcare or nursing home setting
• Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to lead and manage a team
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office
• Detail-oriented and organized

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Microsoft Office: 1 year (Required)
• Human resources: 3 years (Preferred)
