Assistant Account Executive This position is one of 80 Long Island Insurance remote, hybrid and in-office positions we are discreetly filling for our clients. Salaries range between $50,000 and $250,000

Our client, a 55+ person independent Broker known for professionalism and a pleasant work environment is seeking a commercial lines assistant customer service representative
Responsibilities
- Process applications, proposals, invoices, binders, certificates of insurance, schedules of insurance and automobile identification cards.
- General correspondence includes transmitting policies, endorsements, audits and certificates of insurance to clients and companies.
- Request loss information from companies and follow up with companies for outstanding items.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to self-check work.
- Task-orientated, excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize workload.
- Enthusiastic, cooperative team player, adaptable to new or changing circumstances, professional demeanor, self-motivated.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
- Must have experience with Microsoft word and excel.
- Knowledge of Applied EPIC a plus.
