Assembly Associate
Job responsibilities:
o Candidate should have 3-5 years' experience performing diverse Assembly duties in a manufacturing environment.
o Safely and efficiently produce products meeting expectations for quality.
o Uses common assembly tools and related functions in an efficient manner. This includes but is not limited to bench work, the use of mechanical hand tools, drilling, hand tapping, pneumatic impact, etc.
o Able to read, understand mechanical drawings and execute work instructions
o Exhibits a focus on producing quality material.
o Maintaining shop area in a safe, clean, orderly, and efficient condition.
o Ability to lift 45lbs.
o Capable of Standing for the majority of an 8-hour shift
- Ability to work in team environment, which includes communicating effectively with team members and support staff.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge/skills:
o One year of experience in mechanical assembly role preferred
o The ability to consistently work safely in a factory environment.
o Enjoys working with their hands
o Self-motivated, strong desire to achieve personal professional growth
o Positive Attitude
o Reliability and dependable. You will begin work on time and maintain an acceptable attendance record
o The ability to read, write, and speak English
Starting Pay is $18.50 to $22.50 per Hour with a $500.00 retention bonus after 120 days
