Schedule: 12, 10 or 8 hour shifts avalible one weekend day required.

Your day might look like· Taking responsibility to client access materials· Taking ownership of a zone of Orlando and monitoring the residents, guest, and properties in it.· Driving a company vehicle· Locking up pools, club houses, and construction sites throughout Orlando· Conducting incident and site reports throughout shift· Respond to alerts of suspicious activity· Walking properties to ensure sites are safe and secure

Requirements & Qualifications· Pass a background check & drug test· A valid driver’s license· Working and functional smart phone with data to conduct reports· Own personal transportationEach Signal franchise is independently owned and operated.
