As an Area Lead, you will work directly with the Regional Manager to ensure high quality results from our team, great relationships with our clients, and lead a team of field inspectors. Ideal candidate needs to be an inspiring leader who can motivate a team and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Ought to be a dynamic scheduler and follow efficient processes to execute logistics at a high level.
  • Assemble and maintain weekly site inspection schedule and driving routes for inspection team
  • Connect with other team members in whom you will foster relationships with keep the engagement level high
  • Maintain a positive, communicative relationship with clients and co-workers
  • Perform regular audits on sites and ride-along trainings with inspection team
  • Perform regular trainings and quality control inspections/follow-up with team members
  • Assist direct reports in area with inspection coverage as needed
  • Train, support, and develop direct reports
  • Consult with clients to stay ahead of potential compliance issues and recommend solutions to help efficiency and operations
  • Maintain a positive, communicative relationship with clients and co-workers
  • Be proactive in learning regulatory requirements, bringing solutions on improvements and being a problem solver
  • Return all calls and emails from clients the same business day they are received.
  • Be proactive in learning regulatory requirements- state and local, bringing solutions on improvements and establish oneself as a problem solver.
  • Complete all site evaluation documentation in electronic systems and onsite recordkeeping books.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to inspections from the client
  • Consult with client’s management on environmental and regulatory issues as well as recommend solutions to help efficiency and operations
  • Maintain a high level of customer service.
  • Other duties as assigned

Best fit for position would be someone with management experience, comes from a high culture and logistical operations background, background in construction, regulatory or code requirement in new construction related to building, Energy, and environmental.
