This exciting opportunity is located in Lexington KY at a repositioning property in lease up stage. Excellent sales and marketing/outreach experience is required.

Your talent should include:

At least 1 full year of apartment leasing experience!

The willingness to be out no less than once a week outreach marketing

Prior lease-up experience a plus!

An exciting and energetic personality!

An understanding of the importance and art of sales follow up!

Excellent customer and service and communication skills!

Excellent writing skills!

The ability to work well with a large team!

Yardi knowledge is a plus!
