PROGRAM OVERVIEW:

The Prime Time After School Program (Prime Time Sports Camp) works with elementary-aged children on school campuses in the Los Angeles Unified School District. The curriculum includes academic support, athletics, art, and STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) programming.

HOURS:

Monday-Friday, 2:30pm-6:00pm. Early release days begin as early as 1:30pm.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Sports and Art Instructors implement age-appropriate recreation and enrichment programs for students ages 4 to 11 years old. Sports and Art Instructors provide homework assistance and supplemental curriculum instruction.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Minimum one year working with elementary school-aged children in either an after school program, child care center, summer camp or other comparable youth enrichment program. Must have strong coaching background in multiple sports or art disciplines. Energetic and engaging manner - we are looking for dynamic personalities! Please have reliable transportation.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

ECE units preferred

-TB test clearance

-First Aid/CPR certification

-Live Scan Clearance required upon hire
