ASRC Federal Broadleaf, Inc. is currently seeking a Business Operations Administrative Specialist in Arlington, VA.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Broadleaf is searching for someone to support the Army National Guard Facilities Management Office (CSO-F) providing mass transit, ride share, and vanpool transportation options for installation personnel within the National Capital Region as well as providing facility oversight and utilization of the GSA vehicle program.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Research all current DOD regulations pertaining to the MTBP daily via email or in-person to provide responses to inquiries from all TARC MTBP participants and installation employees.
  • Research all current Department of Defense (DOD) regulations pertaining to the Rideshare program and provide responses daily via email or in-person request.
  • Provide eligible participants the National Capital Region (NCR) Express Lane website daily via email or in-person and provide informational guidance on enrollment and the Web Based Ride Matching Services used for TARC employees.
  • Record and register the verified participants in the TARC carpool program.
  • Maintain a list of all active participants in the TARC Ride Share program.
  • Coordinate completion of registration between participants and the Provost Marshall’s Office to obtain the required credentials such as a vehicle placard and gate entry swipe cards.
  • Research current DOD regulations pertaining to the vanpool program and provide informational guidance quarterly via email or in-person to all TARC Vanpool participants and employees.
  • Record/register the verified participants in the TARC vanpool program; maintain a list of all active participants in the TARC Vanpool Program
  • Verify all necessary documents to register between participants in the Provost Marshall Office to obtain the vehicle placards and gate entry swipe card.
  • Maintain the kiosks throughout the building, in-person and GKN for the current TARC Shuttle Service information and respond to inquiries on the TARC Shuttle Service program upon request.
  • Schedule all monthly maintenance on TARC GSA vehicles.
  • Receive and process GSA vehicle request forms for GSA vehicle usage daily; verify all vehicle operators are compliant with AR 58-1 prior to government official issuing vehicle; provide electronic or hard copy submissions to the Government POC for all GSA vehicle usage requests.
  • Inspect all GSA vehicles, documenting via the inspection log and reporting to the Government POC if they are fueled and cleaned at the end of each week.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
  • Experience as an administrative coordinator desired.
  • Experience providing administrative services to include filing, mailing, paying bills, running errands, managing office supply inventory and completing project-based assigned work.
  • Capability to arrange meetings, conference calls, and appointments as well as organizational capability and attention to detail.
  • Ability to review and edit a variety of office documents to include Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook items.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
