We are an established company in need of an Administrative Specialist to join the admin team.
The ideal candidate will have computer, MS Suite and Google Suite knowledge, be eager to learn, we promote from within, so someone who wants a long-term career, a self-starter, can be dependable, and be a team player.
We are a fast-paced industry, so being able to multitask, communicate clearly and pay attention to detail are key.
The Administrative Specialist relieves departments and management of clerical work and administrative duties by performing the following:
Create customer files, contracts, job orders, filing systems, and other clerical services
Receive payments
Maximizes office productivity through proficient use of software applications, MS Office, Google Sheets, understands technology.
Follows standardized correspondence procedures and practices to compose and type correspondence
Organizes and maintains electronic file system, and files correspondence and other records as required
Answers multi-line phone system
Facilitates the flow of information to allow for efficient coordination of business activities from initial customer contact to job completion
Creates records to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness
Generates and compiles reports for management
Applies good customer service skills
Is friendly, willing to learn and professional in appearance
Great on the phones with customers or vendors
