Responsibilities:

• Assists the Program Director with daily operations and program initiatives for the Community Center, located in the Unity Square Neighborhood of New Brunswick, NJ
• Works as a team member to develop and implement community organizing efforts/outreach with residents and partner organizations; manages community gardens, community programs, and bi-weekly Choice Food Resource Center initiatives.

Requirements:

• Associates degree required
• Bachelor’s preferred
• Candidate must be proficient in written and spoken English and Spanish
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
• Flexible 35-hour work schedule with some evening and weekend hours
