MRV Architects, Inc. is a small architectural firm in Rolling Meadows, IL (a northwest suburb of Chicago). We have been in business since 2014. Our client base is primarily commericial and we are a professional services provider.

We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant who really understands company operations and can assist the team in a broad range of tasks. The ideal candidate will assist the associates of the firm in generating invoicing, coordinate accounts receivables and payment processes. The candidate will assist with the generation of project fee proposals and vendor cost coordination. A successful candidate will have exceptional communication and organizational skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Choose your own hours
• No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Rolling Meadows, IL 60008: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
