The Village Cove is looking for an Activities Director to be responsible for the planning, organization, and direction of the Independent Living activity program with an emphasis on the wellness, spiritual development, recreation, educational development and continued involvement in the community of all residents. Our Activities Director is responsible for the delivery of a vibrant life-enrichment program in a high-quality, cutting-edge Independent Living Community.

Requirements
- Enthusiasm for life and a passion for working with seniors.
- At least one year of job-related experience
- High school diploma required.
- Proven ability to train and motivate volunteers and fellow team members to provide the best in quality activity programming.
- knowledge of local sate and federal regulations pertaining to resident care and services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook and Excel) with the ability to learn new applications.
