The Accounts Receivable Specialist will work with assigned Business Partners and customer accounts to promote and maintain accuracy in all Accounts Receivable operations, including overseeing and processing incoming payments, ensuring incoming revenue is secured properly through accurate verification and posting of receipts. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will also be responsible for ad hoc duties and projects assigned by the Accounting Manager. Responsibilities:

The Accounts Receivable Specialist will work with assigned Business Partners and customer accounts to promote and maintain accuracy in all Accounts Receivable operations, including overseeing and processing incoming payments, ensuring incoming revenue is secured properly through accurate verification and posting of receipts. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will also be responsible for ad hoc duties and projects assigned by the Accounting Manager.
- Process Accounts Receivable transactions
- Prepare cash receipts for processing
- Provide support for internal and external audits
- Perform account reconciliations
- Work closely with billing team to resolve A/R errors
- Prepare and maintain various reports
- Identify and execute A/R adjustments
- Process Daily Billing for all business partners
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
- Minimum 2+ years Accounts Receivables or Accounting experience
- Proficient in Excel
- Knowledge of basic Accounting Principles
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Attention to detail & strong organizational skills
- Able to work on-site 4 days per week in Blackwood, NJ
