We are seeking a hard-working, innovative, detail-oriented, and creative team player to join our finance department as an Accounts Payable Clerk located in Provo, Utah. The individual we are looking for is also someone that enjoys working in a team environment but also excels at working at an individual level.

Job location: In-office in Provo, UT. Remote or hybrid after training period

Work schedule: Part-time until April, full-time after April until the duration of theseason

Compensation: $18 to $20 depending on experience

Responsibilities include:

• Analyzing and approving expense reports

• Assist with data entry-related projects, as needed.

• Analyzing and entering invoices, as needed.

• Assist with other accounting and payroll projects, as needed.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma (Required)

• Experience: Accounting (One year preferred, but not required)

Required Skills:

• Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain a high level of confidentiality

• Ability to work efficiently in a high pace environment, which includes deadlines

• Proficient with windows-based computer systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google docs

• Detail oriented

• Great organizational skills
