Overview:
HealthDrive is currently seeking a Regional Account Representative.

This remote position will entail travel up to 60% of the time and carries a dual responsibility for both account management and retention of both new and existing customers, while additionally selling the depth and scope of HealthDrive’s multi-disciplinary medical contract services to current and new prospective nursing homes and assisted living facilities.

HealthDrive is the national leader in delivering integrated healthcare, providing on-site behavioral health, dentistry, optometry, podiatry and audiology to residents in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities for more than 30 years.
Responsibilities:
  • Act as field liaison (face of the company) between HealthDrive and our facility customer base
  • Adopt HealthDrive philosophy of working within team selling/servicing approach to effectively maintain, build, and grow facility account base and corresponding resulting revenue
  • With guidance of Senior Director of Operations (SDO) work to craft strategic plan toward building facility patient enrollment and recall
  • Identify opportunities to leverage relationships within our existing and potential customer base
  • Initiate daily communication with SDO to discuss and timely resolve identifiable nursing home, family, and provider issues/concerns
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with all facility decision makers including Administrator, Director of Nursing, Social Worker, Business Office Manager, and other key nursing home personnel
  • Offer and introduce facility census audits to assist in identifying current patients enrolled for service(s) and possibly identify qualified residents in an effort to improve provider productivity
  • Conduct facility meetings via video conferencing technologies
  • Maintain and manage current territory database in our business intelligence program, including daily customer interactions
  • Complete and timely respond to management with any required reporting
  • Other duties and tasks may be assigned as appropriate or necessary
Qualifications:
  • Must have significant customer service skills and the ability to manage a large volume of daily communications
  • Must possess confidence, experience, and skills to support organizational activities
  • Must have the ability to manage conflict, be a good communicator and an active listener, and possess strong decision-making skills
  • Must have the ability to manage a significant client base in a defined territory
  • Nursing home knowledge / experience is desired
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time as this is a remote position
  • Ability to use office equipment such as computer, phone, copier, as well as interactive computer software
  • Access to reliable internet and a quiet space to work
  • To qualify for this role the individual must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent work experience
  • Prefer a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales or account management/client services role
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record – Travel potential based on status of COVID-19 and other market conditions
