Position Summary:
Primary responsibility for managing assigned book of business of small to medium size accounts virtually, building customer relationships, providing data-driven recommendations to improve client business performance, ensuring customer retention and growth, and prospecting/developing new client relationships.

This is a fully Remote opportunity.
This is an Hourly position that has an unlimited annual earnings potential. The average first year Account Manager II can earn in the $80K's.

Key Job Responsibilities:
Conduct account performance analysis. Utilize digital tools to identify opportunities for client to leverage current programs to increase sales volume.
Model, evaluate, and recommend changes to improve account performance and internal rate of return.
Conduct customer business reviews.
Determine future capital investment required and develop plan to implement.
Renew customer lease agreements and contracts. Negotiate for favorable terms based on projected sales volume.
Monitor and analyze industry trends. Communicate competitive market information to group leadership to assist in the evaluation of sales strategy and long-term planning.
Match services with customer needs. Demonstrate knowledge of customers, industry, competition, and pricing.
Structure and negotiate lease and finance programs. Communicate pricing and service strategies.
Maintain key account information in the CRM.
Collaborate with internal groups to ensure sustained growth and account management.
Ensure consistent revenue stream through renewal and new sales opportunities.
Communicate to/work with manager to resolve unique customer concerns/issues.
Provide support for overflow customer service needs.
Participate in training new Account Managers as needed.
Other duties as assigned.

Required Education & Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent; and 5-7 years business-to-business sales and prospecting experience
At least 3 years direct business development or account management experience in B2B and/or B2C environments preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business preferred

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to lead and manage various aspects of sales process – from retaining to renewing – using relationship building and solution-based selling skills
Ability to establish credibility with clients and optimize and expand existing relationships
Entrepreneurial, forward-thinking mindset and motivation to rapidly build new business
Ability to advocate for clients and business partners
Strong interpersonal skills, bias to action and ability to tackle challenges with creative and timely solutions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Working familiarity of Salesforce, marketing tools and various go-to-market strategies
A successful track record of presenting information effectively and professionally one-on-one and in small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office
