You'll be the go-to person for our clients, helping to develop innovative digital campaigns, managing relationships, and ensuring seamless collaboration between clients and our internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client onboarding calls like a boss
  • Be the designated first point of contact for all accounts with questions, updates, and changes to their existing account
  • Provide outstanding follow-up and follow-through on all tasks and assignments
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members, providing simplified explanations for complex situations
  • Strategically communicate the fundamentals and practices of traditional and non-traditional forms of media
  • Use your investigative skills to resolve problems with a high degree of accuracy
  • Track campaign development and progress toward deadlines like a pro
  • Assign new work for clients to members of our internal team
  • Support PR, marketing, and sales staff in building a cohesive message that aligns with the client's brand voice
  • Generate new campaign ideas to accomplish client goals
  • Meet with clients to discuss and develop goals, budget, and project scope
  • Maintain a positive attitude and focus on solutions, not problems
  • Other duties may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee
