SUMMARY:
Foster a client-centric sales experience for prospective customers by fully understanding their needs, acting as a consultant during their evaluation process and encouraging them to test our data. Develop and execute outbound strategies to inform prospects of how and why our products is valuable to them with all of our product offerings. Focus on growing Altus’s bottom-line with high quality, renewing ARR within MM sized organizations. Proactively build CRE knowledge and understand the competitive landscape to benefit customers, prospects, and peers. Collaborate cross-functionally with the Head of Global Inside Sales, SDRs, Client Success, Product and Marketing teams. Lead by example by embodying our core values in day-to-day operations and spearheading new company initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Account Executive will:
  • Be a Altus product expert by understanding and articulating the value in our web application to our prospective customers
  • Be an industry knowledge expert by proactively understanding trends in the market by reading various CRE publications - Bisnow, Commercial Observer, The Real Deal, etc.
  • Embody the Altus core values with customers and colleagues and be a positive influence on peers and teammates.
  • Meaningfully contribute quality, recurring revenue to Altus by exceeding individual sales targets and company goals.
  • Foster strong client relationships in a consultative sales environment from C-Level down within a prospective mid-market organization.
  • Develop and execute outbound strategies to inform prospects of how and why Altus is valuable to them with all of our product offerings.
  • Partner closely with the SDR team to generate new opportunities through both inbound and outbound channels
  • Partner with appropriate team members to ensure proper selling of all product offerings - web application or data
OUTCOMES:
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs
  • Understand the prospective clients needs and prescribe the appropriate solutions to set the customer up for long term success
  • Expand personal Altus and CRE knowledge to better inform prospects and peers
  • Contribute quality, recurring revenue within MM sized companies by setting the appropriate expectations
  • Create a robust pipeline across various stages through both inbound and outbound channels
REQUIREMENTS:
  • 2-3 years of sales experience in a B2B SaaS role
  • Minimum Annual Contract Value between $10,000 and $25,000 in previous role
  • Team-oriented and self-motivated
  • A solution-oriented sales professional who is client-focused
  • Preferred experience in the CRE industry

  • Team Player: Ability to work with team members and cross-functionally, with a willingness to jump in and help propel Altus as a company forward in addition to individual KPI’s. Know when to get support, both internally and cross-functionally.
  • Customer-Centric: Create a positive experience for our clients by educating them on our products and services.
  • Organized: Come prepared to articulate your business clearly in team meetings and 1:1’s. Keep pipeline and opportunity notes up to date in the company CRM.
  • Detail Oriented: Make a continuous effort to pay close attention to the details and the tasks at hand to avoid “dropping the ball” with customers and colleagues.
  • Results-driven: Focus on results and hitting goals by driving quality revenue for the organization.
Salary Range:
65,000 - 75,000 base
