What you will be doing:
Helen of Troy Prestige Division (which includes Drybar & Curlsmith) is seeking an Account Coordinator with the talent to empower, train and influence retail sales through events and education. The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in collaborating and strategically planning with their Account Executive to execute all sales initiatives. Drybar’s journey started in 2010 with a simple philosophy, focus on one thing and be the best at it. For us that’s blow outs! Following our initial Product launch at Sephora in 2013, Drybar has expanded into Ulta, Nordstrom, Macy’s and Sak’s in the US and Canada.
  • Drive sales initiatives in store
  • Meet monthly and quarterly goals in each retailer
  • Achieve comp sales and event targets; developing a monthly plan of action to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key levels of retailer management (i.e. Store director, General Manager, District Manager)
  • Conduct weekly sales review and meeting with Account Executive to review all plan of actions
  • Support planning meetings/outsource activity
  • Perform budget management; monthly review of freelance and travel & expense budget maintenance; remain within the budget guidelines set
  • Collaborate with peers on the best approaches to help drive retail sales
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ year of sales experience at two of the following retailers: Ulta, Sephora, Nordstrom, or Macy's
  • 1+ year of multi door experience
  • Phenomenal record of experience achieving event goals and key performance indicators
  • Requires the ability to lift 30 pounds
  • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
In California, Colorado, and New York City, the standard base pay range for this role is $47,836 - $79,819 annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, and New York City and may not be applicable to other locations. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to location, experience, skill level, and performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
