Accounting Specialist:
· Work with Sales Personnel and Customers
· AR – Lawn and Garden sales contracts
· AR – Back up Kabota sales processes
· AR- Back up Ag sales processes
· AR - Compile monthly billing statements/invoicing for various Manufacturers
· Maintain Customer files
· AP - Process paper and electronic payments
· AP - Floor Plan payments
· G/L Account Reconciliations
· Payment tracking
· Customer Finance and Insurance paperwork related to contract sales
· Used Equipment Tracking
· Spiff Spreadsheet
And more:
· Answer phones
· Open and Close Cash drawers
· Administrative Secretarial Duties as needed
· Work some Saturdays (1-2 per month)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.20 - $22.00 per hour
