Employee Job Responsibilities:
- Run product as required according to production schedule
- Help operators with changeovers as needed
- Maintain consistent focus on product quality
- Sort, load, weigh and box product
- Inspect product for any abnormalities
- Adhere to all SOP's and established procedures
- Full compliance with all Safety practices and procedures
- Setup and labeling of rework barrels
- Line and end of day clean up
Qualifications:
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures
- Ability to work in fast pace environment
- Process a good understanding of health and safety and basic hygiene rules
- The ability to maintain concentration for repetitive tasks
- Standing for 8+ hours a day
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Good team working skills and the ability to work alone
