Our company is an environment that operates like a family in a massive home-setting in the beautiful hills above Orem/Provo. We provide 24-hr care for adolescent females (our clients) receiving treatment for a variety of disorders and challenges. We even have a full-time chef at the residence who prepares most meals for clients and staff is welcome to eat with clients during meals on their scheduled shifts. Swing Shift Direct Care Staff Hours-

Schedule is as follows-

Thursday to Saturday 3:00pm to 11:30pm

Great for working students who need to take classes during morning and early afternoon hours or those just looking to have later start times!

Swing Shift Direct Care Staff Responsibilities-

• Document information regarding patient care and behavior as required in policy and procedure.
• Conduct and assist with selected activity groups as assigned and document according to policy and procedures.
• Participate in implementation of unit therapeutic programming.
• Assist in planning and attend meetings with other Direct Care Staff.
• Supervise clients in special care areas as assigned.
• Assist with client's nighttime routines and perform needed tasks.
• We have multiple stairways that will need to be navigated daily, including light lifting on occasion such as laundry baskets, etc.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
