About the Job

This yard spotter/ hostler position will earn $20 per hour while supporting a dedicated customer. Based in Austin, the schedule is Thursday through Monday. The position just recently switched to weekly pay! Excellent opportunity.

• $20 Per Hour with OT after 40 hours
• $5,000.00 Sign on Bonus
• Average between 45-50 hours per week
• Class A required

At Ruan, our drivers' schedules are predictable with both home daily and regional operations. Drivers have local managers at most locations, and we assign drivers to one primary customer, eliminating uncertainty. This means our drivers handle the same type of equipment and cargo on most runs, they develop relationships with our customers and they generate ideas that improve our customers' operations.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 22 years or older
• No more than three moving violations in the past three years (some restrictions apply)
• No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years
• Additional qualifications will apply
• 9 Months of verifiable Tractor-Trailer experience is required
• With the Department of Transportation's Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse in effect, all applicants must create a profile at fmcsa.dot.gov before being hired
