The Yard Coordinator is responsible f
- Receiving and shipping all wholegoods inventory
- Monthly inventory count
- Assisting sales staff with the loading and unloading of equipment
- Maintaining front sales yards for cleanliness and organization
- Staging loads for sales staff
- Implement assembly and pairing
- Photographing equipment for web sales
- Staging sold units for delivery
- Respond to inventory requests from 11 other Bingham Equipment locations
- Assist in quality control
- Assist service yard coordinator when needed

- Be customer focused and able to treat a wide range of customer interactions with respect
- Be organized and dependable with very strong follow-through skills
- Be an effective communicator with colleagues and customer relation skills
- Have experience with agriculture and construction equipment
- Be very familiar with computer use and trainable on PFW, Microsoft Outlook and others
- Be a positive thinker with a can do/whatever it takes attitude.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must have attention to detail
- Must have forklift experience
- Must be able to multitask and problem solve while doing so
- Must be able to prioritize
- Must have good time management skills
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds
- Must have a clean Motor Vehicle Record and insurable by our company
