Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Safety, Public Health, Public Administration, or in related field and a minimum of 3 years of related experience required. Strong verbal and written communication required. Has demonstrated organizational and program management skills. Ability to facilitate both large and small groups for training/education/meetings. Ability to assess complex issues, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to work independently, good organizational skills, and advanced computer skills.
Preferred Qualifications:Prior experience in the healthcare field in a position involving considerable judgment and discretion preferred. Instructor certification in some form of de-escalation and mitigation assaultive behavior training (i.e. Managing Assaultive Behavior, Crisis Prevention Institute, AVADE, McAfee Institute etc.) preferred. Background in WVP Program development and implementation in a healthcare setting. Prior experience and training in investigation of workplace violence incidents and response preferred. Specialized training, certification and/or experience in deescalating verbal and physical assaultive behaviors preferred.
Work Days:Monday-Friday, 7:30-4:00
