New Hope is hiring a Workforce Manager to supervise the Relief and Substitute/Flex Direct Support Professional (DSP) workforce and arrange for replacement staff to fill program vacancies at locations.

Job duties include managing substitute and relief staff, including providing feedback, ensuring training is done and ensuring satisfaction, scheduling replacement staff to provide vacancy coverage, approving, tracking and reporting various time and payroll metrics, processing staff call-offs and assisting managers with coverage solutions, approving and denying vacations and participating in weekend on-call rotation.

Applicants must have an associate degree in human resources, human services, business or related field, or equivalent years of service; two years of prior experience in a human services, human resources, business or related field; and one or two years supervisory experience. Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally, have strong computer skills and be able to learn and be proficient in scheduling software, and be flexible in assigned working locations and hours.
