Wellbeing Worker (permanent) 35 hours per week. Monday to Friday 8.30am-4.30pm and weekends and public holidays 8.30-12pm on a rota basis.
Job purpose
Our Wellbeing Service for people aged 60+ has a long-established history of providing support to older people living independently in their own homes. Our vision is to create Excellent Housing in Vibrant Communities and to help people live well by providing support when it’s needed most.
You will
Be an enthusiastic, empathic individual committed to the wellbeing of people aged 60+ to join our successful team.

Have experience in providing support to people and whose values also match that of the organisation – respect, integrity and aspiration.
