Job description

Currently seeking Mig Welders and General Laborers with a construction background for a prefab construction company in St. Charles, MO. The ideal candidates will be a reliable team player with excellent attendance and the ability to work 10 hour shifts.

Day shift, 6am - 4:30pm, Monday through Thursday (some Fridays mandatory OT)

Overnight shift, 5pm-3:30am, Monday through Thursday (some Fridays mandatory OT)

Requirements of the Welder

• Must be reliable with excellent attendance
• Experience in Submerged Arc Welding is a plus
• Must be able to read a tape measure and blueprints
• Must be able to use hand grinders and other misc. hand tools

Must pass welding test during interview

Pay based on experience, $17 - $23/hr

Requirements of the General Laborer

• Must be reliable with excellent attendance
• Must have previous construction/carpentry experience
• Must be able to read a tape measure and use hand tools

* Pay based on experience, $16 - $20/hr
