We’re looking for a Night Auditor to work Part time, Weekends, either Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday to assist guests with their overnight requests and to run The Night Audit. The hours are 11pm to 7am (overnight). The Night Auditor's responsibilities include checking in guests, handling their requests and taking reservations. The Night Auditor will run the automated night audit and check guests out upon departure. Full training will be given. All Hampton Inn employees provide a high level of customer service to guests. We can also offer some 1st and 2nd shifts if candidate needs full time hours

Responsibilities

• Check in guests, answer phones and take reservations
• Respond to guest complaints, requests and emergencies
• Print guest invoices if requested and collect payments
• Reconcile accounts during automated night audit procedure
• Balance the cash drawer and log receipts
• Investigate and resolve out-of-balance accounts - training will be given
• Building Security
• Check out guests in the morning
• Prepare Morning coffee and help set up for breakfast

Skills

• Proven experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Experience with accounting and facilities management software a plus but training will be given
• Good math skills
• An eye for detail
• Good problem-solving skills
• Strong customer service skills
• The ability to multitask
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Availability to work overnight
