Spherion Staffing has an immediate opening for a Warranty Services Specialist for a local well established furniture company. In this role you will use your customer service expertise to oversee warranty claims from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
The Specialist will be responsible for coordinating with the third party warranty company, coordinating internally regarding replacement parts, and keeping up-to-date on customer warranty statuses.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Prior warranty experience is a plus.

1-4 years
Qualifications:
Possess excellent customer service, organizational and communication skills.
Ability to utilize computer programs/software to complete tasks. Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel.
