• Lincoln/Ford Warranty Administration
• Lincoln Ford Warranty Coding
• CDK experience
• Proficient computer skills including the use of Microsoft Office applications
• Detail oriented and highly organized with strong follow-up abilities
• Willingness to take initiative and driven to go beyond the task at hand
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Professional and dependable team player
• Motivated to excel in their career

Responsibilities include:

• Lincoln warranty submission
• Lincoln warranty Coding
• Maintain warranty schedule
• Review warranty claims and correct any errors
• Ensure proper procedures are being followed
• Ensure all claims have proper documentation
