We, Sunbury Prep, offer every solution a company needs to get their goods to a marketplace or to a customer. We do Amazon FBA prep, Amazon FBM fulfillment, direct-to-consumer fulfillment, bundling, kitting...you name it.

Due to rapid growth, we need an experienced Warehouse Team Member to work within our Amazon FBA prep team in our warehouse in Milton, PA.

This role is preferably looking for someone with existing experience doing FBA prep for Amazon customers/companies. However, we are certainly willing to train the right person and help you grow into the role.

Requirements:

This job requires the ability to:

• Lift objects of various shapes, sizes and weights up to 50 lbs. frequently and greater than 75 lbs. occasionally.
• Reach (including above your head), bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneel
• Walk and stand for extended periods of time (8 hours) in a warehouse and on a loading dock that is not climate-controlled and may be cool/hot/slippery
• Efficiently sort, handle, load and unload palletized and non-palletized freight using appropriate motorized and manual equipment, including a pallet jack, electric Pallet jack, and by hand
• Use mobile handheld devices to scan and track products and shipments
• Very comfortable with computers, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Email, Phone - Will train as needed
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Able to oversee multiple projects and tight deadlines
• You MUST have a strong desire for attention to detail and you must be ready to hustle. Your day will move fast!

On a Daily basis you will be performing the following tasks:

• Receiving and checking in multiple inbound shipments
• Review job orders and packing lists
• Lifting and moving boxes up to 50 lbs between workstations
• Inspecting shipments, preparing products for outbound shipment
• Visual inspection of goods and packaging
• Communicating problems to customers
• Preparing and assembling boxes for packing
• Preparing products for UPS/FedEx and LTL shipment
• Stacking and piling finished shipments into containers or carts

Preferred Interview given to you if you have the following:

• Experience with Amazon Seller Central. creating inbound shipments, managing inventory, opening cases in Seller Central are all relevant for this job..
• Previous Warehouse Experience in any setting, describe your experience to us in your initial communication if this is you.
• Experience prepping or selling on Amazon or working directly with Amazon sellers or a company selling on Amazon...you should know how to create an SPD shipment and an LTL shipment
• Ability to use a computer to track progress. Can you give daily updates to your team leader in terms of units/shipments prepped?

This role is critical to our growth and a core member of our team.

There will be a performance review after a 60 day probationary period. If you prove to be unreliable or can not perform the above listed job duties you will unfortunately not be able to work with us.
